Samuel

Samuel is 10 years old and lives in Loma Linda, Guatemala. Both of Samuel's parents work tirelessly to provide for their family; Samuel's dad works in agriculture and his mom takes care of Samuel and 5 brothers - what a handful! Samuel is in his fifth year of primary school at the Official Rural School of Loma Linda. Samuel is a bright student, but has suffered a number of illnesses that affect his schooling and ultimately will impact his future. Along with parasites and viruses, Samuel has dental problems which could easily be remedied with sponsorship support.

Samuel loves showing off his soccer skills and playing with friends. His favorite color is blue, and his favorite food is rice with beans - no doubt a delicious staple meal in his household!
